Start of Season Reminders

MAKE SURE COACHES ARE NOT REDLINED ON THE ROSTER!!

Coaches, Team Managers - CHECK YOUR ROSTERS! If you are red lined for and reason including Safe Sport or Concussion you are NOT allowed to coach or train your teams. You MUST complete both courses and have a valid certificate in the system. If you are red lined you may be removed from the roster until the courses are completed, certificate uploaded and verified. If there is not a properly licensed coach at the game for the duration the team may end up forfeiting the match.

Jersey Numbers

Do not forget to enter each players’ unique number in prior to check in for your game.

Referee FEES are Due Friday March 19th by 11:59 p.m.

Referee Fees are due Friday March 19, 2019. A $25 late fee will be added if not paid timely. Your games may be forfeited if your referee fees are not paid. Please refer to your emails and or your online message center to find your specific referee fee link. Referee fees can be paid online OR by mailing in a check to the UYSA office. To avoid a late fee, all mailed checks must be post marked no later than March 19th. If you need a link to your fees, please contact the state office at 801-307-5150.

Fee Free Reschedule Window closes March 19th at 11:59 p.m. Games needing to be rescheduled for that first Saturday, March 20th must be completed prior to game time on Monday March 15th. For example, the game is originally scheduled for Saturday March 20th at 8:00 a.m. and you need to reschedule, it must be completed in the system by Monday March 15th prior to 8:00 a.m., this includes the opposing team acceptance. Once the window is closed the game is not eligible to be rescheduled. Remember each team is allowed a maximum of 2 reschedules. Not 2 that are fee free and then pay and get additional ones. Once you have used two there are no more reschedules!

Provisional Team Registration Deadline is Sunday March 21st at midnight. Games will be scheduled throughout the week and on Saturdays. Schedules should be posted no later than March 29th. Teams will have two weeks for fee free reschedules but requests must be submitted using the “Other Reschedule Form” or the system will charge the fee.

COVID

Please refer to the UYSA website for the latest updates and information. At the current time masks are still mandated and must be worn by coaches and players when they are not on the field. Parents on the sideline should wear a mask if they are unable to maintain the 6-foot distance between family groups.

2021-2022 minimum roster sizes are increasing by 2 for all aqe groups

9U & 10U will both be No Scores - No Standings League
