Weather Related Reschedules Reminder

As we are off to wet start for the Spring 2021 season this is just a reminder that games that are cancelled due to a field closure, or weather MUST be rescheduled. They can be rescheduled up through June 1, 2021 –but the new date and time need to be submitted within 14 days of the original date.

BOTH teams MUST work together to find a mutually agreeable date and time. It is the home team’s responsibility to secure field and referee assignor approvals. Both teams are responsible to make sure that the game is rescheduled. Games that are unplayed may be entered as a forfeit!

Once this is accomplished either team must submit the details using the “Other Reschedule Form” Link is copied below.

The last date for games to be played for Spring 2021 is June 1, 2021, but the reschedule MUST be completed and submitted within 14 days of the original scheduled date. For example: If your game was cancelled Saturday March 20th due to the weather and unplayable fields. The changes MUST be submitted no later than Saturday April 3rd.

There were 91 games that were cancelled on Saturday March 20th and we anticipate with the unsettled spring weather that there will be others. Get your reschedule completed while there are fields available!
