UYSA Celebrates National Girls and Women in Sports Day
Happy National Girls and Women in Sports Day to all the girls in our leagues, the women who run clubs and work on the administrative side and all our ladies on staff who all make soccer happen in Utah!
Check out Utah Youth Soccer Association’s staff page and you’ll find 13 smiling faces ready to help run leagues, events and programming for soccer in the State of Utah.
What you may notice, of those 13 faces are 6 women who do so much to make this organization tick!

Carly Brown, Director of Operations and Finance
Carly is a affinity expert, helps teams and clubs register with UYSA, she manages the financials for us, always has a smile to share and is a wiz during lunch with a toaster oven and broccoli.
Cindy Baron, League Commissioner
Cindy runs the UYSA league for 23,000 players in the State! She works through hard discipline challenges and has walked more fields with a measuring tape than she can count! Cindy is a former UYSA President and is a member of the Hall of Fame!
Jenni Breckenridge, Technical Department Manager
Have you taken a coaching course in Utah? That’s Jenni! Have you participated in ODP? That’s Jenni! Have you represented Utah at National League? That’s Jenni! She’s all over and does it all! Bring her some diet coke and she’ll Pokemon Go with you!
Jen Rader, Marketing and Media Manager
Have you seen UYSA’s Instagram or Facebook? No, you should follow us! Jen is on there while making the website run and writing this post. She’s also taking pictures and videos at tournaments and events - if you ever want to be featured send her your highlight!
Michelle Wixom, Legacy Fields Secretary
Have you played on a rough looking or hard to play on field? Well, Michelle is working to fix that problem! She’s searching high and low in Utah to find new land to build fields! Got a space we can build, send her a message! She’s also an amazing photographer and referee!
Amanda Sanders, Member Services Coordinator
Calling in to the office? You’ll reach Amanda, and she’ll help you out! She’s amazing at finding information on the website and is the best scare-r in the office even though she’s never won the competition.
