UYSA's Annual Awards Gala and General Meeting are quickly approaching! 

Gala Information 

The Annual Awards Gala is Friday evening, March 10th at the Davis Convention Center in Region 2. We invite you all to join us at the Gala and help us celebrate our fine athletes, coaches, and volunteers from the past year. Hotel and Registration information can be found at the event link below.

AGM Information 

The AGM will be held Saturday, March 11th also at the Davis Convention Center. Every Member Organization is required to be represented at our Annual General Meeting each year where we conduct association business and discussion, including bylaw amendments and board and committee elections. The AGM workshop class schedule and meeting agenda can also be found at the info link above.  

This year, the following board positions are open for election: 

President (Chairman of the board)

Region 1 Director 

Region 3 Director 

Region 5 Director 

All Member Organizations will cast votes for the President Election. Member Organizations within their respective regions will cast votes for their Region Director.

Nomination Requirements can be found here starting in section 426 Elections. 

Nomination packets must be submitted to the Nominating Committee no later than February 20, 2023.
