Training Pools
TOSH State Select is an additional resource for competition level players development as a compliment to their club programs, as they prepare for state, regional, national and international competitions. TOSH State Select represents the highest level of youth soccer offered in the state of Utah and is available to all [age specific] youth soccer players registered with Utah Youth Soccer.
Utah Youth Soccer Technical Director, Eric Landon is pleased to announce the 2020/2021 TOSH State Select Training Pools:
“This is never an easy process. We had over 1300 players that attended tryouts, making selections very difficult. I want to thank all the staff and players for all their hard work over the last few weeks. I look forward to seeing all the training pools this November. For the players that were not selected, please continue to work hard, improve your skills, and keep your passion for the game. We hope you use this as a learning experience and never lose sight of your goals.” said Eric Landon.
The next step for players selected will be training this coming November/December with Championships coming in January for the 04-08 age groups. Landon also added “Our coaching staff will continue the evaluation process as we move into Fall, they will be watching games and training with the intent of inviting a few more players into the training pool this November.”
