Fall 2020 - End of Season Reminders

Sandy, UT (October 23, 2020) We are almost to the end of the season! Thanks to all coaches and teams for their diligence in following the guidelines. This has helped to show the Health Department that we are doing what we can to help keep players, coaches, referees and spectators healthy and safe!

Premier League, SCL, IRL, U10 XL Teams

We have less than 825 games left to be played. As you look at finalizing games that need to be rescheduled please keep in mind Daylight Savings Time (MDT) ends on October 31st - the clocks move back an hour. Any week night games AFTER Halloween will need to start no later than 4:00 to be able to have enough daylight to finish the game. If you have a field that has lights or are playing at an indoor facility then the games would be able to start later.

Please check your standings to be sure that all games that have been played have a score entered! If the game has been played but no score entered please email the score to uysarr@gmail.com. (this action does not apply to the U9 league)

If you have a game that needs to be rescheduled - please get those reschedules completed as soon as possible. Teams MUST work together to find a mutually agreeable date. The home team is responsible to secure field and referee assignor approvals. Once the details have been completed please submit the request on the "Other Reschedule Form." The season is ending, fields are closing and winter weather is in the forecast for this next week end. The earlier these are completed and played is best!

Please note that unplayed/unscored games may be entered as a forfeit! It is important to look at your schedule to verify that all scores are in and that all games are played.

If your encounter difficulties with the opposing team, field or referee assignors and need help in getting these games rescheduled, please email Cindy Baron or Scot Boyd or call the UYSA office.
